Got my bodybugg today...HALLOWEEN, how ironic. Well the cool thing is that you are supposed to wear it for 48-72 hours before you really start trying to make it work. I guess that in the time that you are just wearing the thing on your body it is gathering the info about you. You can adjust the strap so that it is comfy for you.
I had heard that it is addicting...so far, in 1 hour I have uploaded my information 3 times. Each time I do, I then run around the house and jump up and down...upload and then look at the "spikes" in activity. It is kind of cool how it knows.
After I have my counseling session I will know more, but so far, pretty nifty gadget!
